Another day of Dress up!

Twas the day of Graduation

I finally graduated! Well, just with my associates, I am like 9 credits away from my bachelors. So, for graduation I received a huge bouquet of flowers at my door. It was from John and Skylar. I wrote them this poem as a show of thanks.

Christmas Time is here!

Okay, so I wanted to show everyone the girls'outfits from today...they looked adorable. The pics aren't the best, very little cooperation from the children. :) I took these pics after we went to church, so their hair is falling out of the ponytails. Also, they were watching a movie on the tv, that is why they are starring in the other direction. Gab is cracking me up. Once I asked her to smile, she would not quit cheesin.

Here is pics of the house and our decorated christmas tree. I love the tree! I was going to different colors for the tree, but then I realized almost every decoration that I have is red and white.

Here is a really cute video of Cambrie. Here you go Will, look how big our daughter is getting.

Thanksgiving Post-finally!

Cute Couple-Landon and Jen Burrup! AWWW!

Well, Will is still gone and will be till the 18th. It has been a little crazy trying to get things done. I did want to hurry and get this post done so that I can cross this off of my list. So, I will tell you about our family's Thanksgiving.

It was so fun! We went down to Payson-Lehi area of Utah and spent the holiday with Jen and Landon Burrup and their family. It was really sweet of all of them to let us stay and eat their food and sleep over at their houses. The first couple of days, we stayed with Ashley and Darren's house.

The first night we got there, Cambrie was acting hungry, like my milk wasn't enough anymore. So, we bought some food and fed her solids for the first time. She ate the cereal like a champ! We were so proud! What a relief to have a child who eats well!

The next day we went over to Stacy and Justin's house and started figuring out Thanksgiving a bit. Justin and Stacy made dinner that night too-which was awesome! I especially loved the bread.MMMM!

Thanksgiving was so fun. We made leaves and stuck them on this branch that looked like a mini tree-all Jen's idea. Then, during Thanksgiving dinner, we all wrote on a leaf what we were thankful for. I wrote that I am thankful for my kids health.

Then we made place cards for everyone and also little turkey hats for the kiddos. My kids wouldn't wear their hats for long.

After the wonderful dinner, the kids went into the other room and played with the Black Friday ads! Kids are great, they had so much fun!

Gabbie and Kensie were so attached to that little dog, it is going to be so fun on Christmas when they opent their presents and see that we got them a little toy dog.

I was really sick that night. I had the worst gassy belly pains ever. I had to get a blessing because they hurt so bad. I was really nauseas too. In the morning, I was a little bit better.

The next day, Will left to go back to Texas. :( Then all the girls went shopping some black friday sales. We also shopped the next day as well and the guys were nice enough to watch all the kiddos. When we got back to the house, they had fallen asleep and all of the kids were being angels, just sitting so sweetly on the couch!

Just kidding, I made the guys pose like they were sleeping.

The weekend was so fun! Thank you to all the Burrups-it was a wonderful time! PS-the girls' miss Carter and Bree already! Love ya'll

And then they grew up

Man, it is crazy how fast children grow. The girls are out of their cribs now. Gabbie started climbing out first. I told myself that when both of them started climbing out that I would take down their cribs and put them in big girl beds.
Funny Story-So about a week ago, at nighttime I put them both in their cribs and shut the door. I could hear that Gabbie had climbed out and was walking around in her room. I knew that once I didn't hear anymore noises, I would go into her room and put her in her crib. Well, the time came, and I went into the room and to my surprise, I found this:

They had both climbed out of their cribs and were playing under Kensie's crib and fell asleep!

Kensie was asleep with her feet stuck in the wires of the crib.

Too fun.
Cambrie rolls over now from her back to her belly now. She has amazing eye hand coordination, She grabs anything and everything that she can. And she is for the most part really happy!

Gabbie saying to me, "Look it Mommy! Look it! Cambie holdin my hand!"

Kensie can full on dress herself now, and has been able to for a couple months. She prefers wearing dresses, anything that is frilly-she is all girl!

Sometimes she puts her clothes on backwards-notice the tag.

Gabbie is so full of life-as usual! She loves wearing hats, and jumping on mommy and daddy's bed.

Dad visit to Idaho

My dad came and visited Idaho in mid November. We had so much fun! It was such a good visit and I am so glad that he came. It seems like we were really able to bond...probably more than we have ever bonded before. Here are some things that we did:

We went and visited Mesa Falls. It was gorgeous, even though my dad was cold the whole time. He was a good sport.

Gabbie and grandpa...
Gabbie love being with her grandpa. She was holding his hand and then wanted me to hold her other hand, and she started swinging herself!
Cambrie was asleep the whole trip to Mesa Falls.

The fam minus Camo

Another thing that we did was go to Big Juds. This is their famous 1 lb hamburger. I have eaten a whole one by myself twice in my life. Pretty impressive.

When he was here we also played games and hung out with John John and Shanell. Will, when he was in town, would take my dad to McDonalds and get a coffee for him. Will is so cute and thoughtful, just had to throw that one in there!
Love you dad! thanks for visiting
